At Paradigm Polymer, we’re committed to investing in the people, processes, and equipment that help our customers bring complex projects to life. In response to the growing volume of work generated during the first three quarters of 2025, we’ve expanded our production capacity by adding seven new Swiss Automatic Screw Machines to the 16 we already operate in our facility.

This investment isn’t just about keeping pace with demand—it’s about raising the bar for what our Swiss Automatics can achieve. Several of these machines have been adapted for advanced capabilities such as cross drilling, milling, slotting, and off-center drilling. These features allow us to handle intricate part geometries and operations that, until now, required finishing in our secondary operations department.
By consolidating more operations into our Swiss Automatic workflows, we’re able to:
Deliver greater customization at volume – tailoring components to exacting customer requirements without slowing production.
Improve efficiency and reduce lead times – eliminating certain secondary operations streamlines the process and gets finished parts to our customers faster.
Increase precision and consistency – performing complex features in one setup enhances accuracy and reduces variation.
For our customers, this means faster turnaround on challenging designs and the ability to scale production without compromising quality. For our team, it means having the right tools to continue solving complex engineering challenges with confidence and creativity.
While this expansion significantly boosts our Swiss Automatic capabilities, it’s also a stepping stone toward the future. CNC machining remains an important part of our roadmap, and these enhanced Swiss Automatics give us a bridge—allowing us to meet advanced requirements today while building toward an even broader set of capabilities tomorrow.
The demand we’ve seen in 2025 reflects the trust our customers place in us to deliver high-performance plastic components that meet tight tolerances and complex design requirements. By investing in these machines, we’re reaffirming that trust and ensuring we’re ready to take on the next wave of challenges.
At Paradigm Polymer, growth isn’t just about adding machines—it’s about expanding possibilities. With our new fleet of Swiss Automatics, we’re excited to push the boundaries of what’s possible in high-precision plastic machining and to continue being the partner our customers count on.
