Electrical Systems Applications
We fabricate precision plastic parts for a wide variety of electrical applications.

The benefits of using plastic for insulation in electrical applications are plentiful: superior heat response, chemical/moisture immunity, electrical conductivity prevention, and flame resistance, are just a few.

Whether your company is in Aerospace, Defense, Medical, Oil & Gas or connectors and telecommunications - we understand your needs and are uniquely suited to deliver precision plastic parts of unsurpassed quality with tight tolerances and tight deadlines.
Whether it’s Teflon® insulators with walls as thin as 0.0008" or micro-sized Ultem 1000 washers with IDs or ODs under 0.010", we are an ideal source for long, short, or highly custom production runs, and everything in between.
Materials For Electrical Applications
Plastics are used for parts in many electronic systems because they are good insulators, resistant to corrosion, and flexible. What’s more, plastics are poor conductors of electricity and heat, and they can prevent electrical leakage and protect people from electric shock. Plastics are also flexible, which makes them a good choice for wire insulation that bends or turns.
The types of plastics generally used in parts for electrical applications include the following: Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Polycarbonate, Polyethylene (PE), Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), Polypropylene (PP), Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE - commonly known as Teflon®), and Polyamide (PA - commonly known as nylon).
We work with all these materials, and many more. To download our complete parts list, click the link at right.
