Paradigm Polymer was born from Parason Machine, a Swiss Automatic Machine shop bought out last year by key Parason employees. This new company’s mission is simple: to wed American plastic manufacturing craftsmanship with innovation and ingenuity, providing customers with an affordable supply of high-quality, high-performance plastic parts.

We are a full-service Swiss Automatic Machine shop that turns high-performance plastics into a wide variety of precise plastic parts for mechanical, electrical, and regulating systems.

Key Employees

Greg Munroe

President & General Manager

Greg is the president and general manager of Paradigm Polymer. His parents owned Parason Machine and he grew up in this industry. After spending his formative working years on the machines at Parason, Greg left to work in other businesses, most recently as a Program Manager at Sikorsky Aircraft in Stratford, CT, where he learned firsthand what assembly engineers and designers need from parts manufacturers.

Richie Poitras

General Foreman

Richie is our shop foreman and lead toolmaker. He was with Parason for three decades before joining Greg here at Paradigm. Richie knows the Swiss Automatic machines like he knows the back of his hand, and his tool-making prowess allows our operations to carry on when most of our competitors have to stop in the event of tooling revisions or spec changes.

Wade Gennette

Quality Director

Wade heads up our Quality Control operations, in addition to also operating our primary and secondary operations machinery. Wade is responsible for ensuring that manufactured parts meet specified quality standards and requirements, overseeing the inspection and testing of parts, identifying defects, and implementing quality control processes to ensure production consistency within the tight tolerances customers have come to expect from Paradigm.

EJ Vongher

Director of Marketing

EJ has over three decades of experience in helping business-to-business companies express their value proposition to decision makers in a variety of industry settings. He has worked in technology, healthcare, beverage industry and other consumer settings. He works closely with the Paradigm team to develop content to help customers understand the Paradigm Polymer story.

Some of the tools we employ for quality control:

Profilometers

When jobs require a glass-like finish, we employ state-of-the-art profilometers to measure surface variation.

Pin Gages

Hole diameter measurement requires an exacting but light touch. We target standard tolerances in our GO/NOGO approach.

Comparators

To ensure plastic parts are being manufactured to the proper dimensions, we use digital optical comparators for the most accurate dimensional readings.
