A New Plastics Machining Company with Three Decades of Experience and over 500 Million Parts Worth of Expertise.
Paradigm Polymer was born from Parason Machine, a Swiss Automatic Machine shop bought out last year by key Parason employees. This new company’s mission is simple: to wed American plastic manufacturing craftsmanship with innovation and ingenuity, providing customers with an affordable supply of high-quality, high-performance plastic parts.
We are a full-service Swiss Automatic Machine shop that turns high-performance plastics into a wide variety of precise plastic parts for mechanical, electrical, and regulating systems.

Key Employees
A Commitment To Quality and Quality Control
Quality Assurance is Job One at Paradigm Polymer, and starts before any job even hits the production floor. We take an employee-integrated approach to quality control, which begins with quality planning and continues on the production floor. Post-production, our climate-controlled quality control department features inspection equipment calibrated by an accredited ISO/IEC 17025:2017 laboratory to ensure we hold and maintain stringent tolerances and quality requirements. All of our employees are trained and incentivized with Quality Control in mind.

Speaking of ISO, as of April 2025, we’re proud to announce we are ISO 9001:2015 certified — an important milestone that reflects our dedication to quality, consistency, and continuous improvement. This globally recognized standard demonstrates our commitment to delivering high-quality products and services while continuously optimizing our processes. For our customers, it means reliability and excellence in every interaction. To learn more, read the full blog post here.

Some of the tools we employ for quality control:

Profilometers
When jobs require a glass-like finish, we employ state-of-the-art profilometers to measure surface variation.

Pin Gages
Hole diameter measurement requires an exacting but light touch. We target standard tolerances in our GO/NOGO approach.

Comparators
To ensure plastic parts are being manufactured to the proper dimensions, we use digital optical comparators for the most accurate dimensional readings.
