We’re packing up some parts and heading south.

On September 16 and 17, Paradigm Polymer will be exhibiting at the Southeast Design-2-Part Show in Greenville, South Carolina, where engineers, manufacturers and sourcing

professionals will gather to find new suppliers and manufacturing solutions. You'll find us in Booth 345.

We’ve exhibited at Design-2-Part shows before, but this time we’re bringing something a little different.

More Complex Parts. More Possibilities.

Paradigm Polymer has built its reputation machining precision plastic components—often very small, in high volumes and to extremely tight specifications. Now we’re expanding the

complexity of the parts we can produce.

Our newest investment, a Marubeni Citizen Cincom Swiss CNC, recently came online at our facility, expanding our ability to efficiently machine complex plastic components with multiple features and operations in a single setup.

That means parts with intricate geometries, cross holes, multiple diameters, slots, threads and other features that may not be practical for conventional high-volume Swiss Automatic machining. And those are exactly the kinds of parts we’ll be bringing to Greenville.

The Right Machine for the Right Part

Having both Swiss Automatic and CNC Swiss capabilities gives Paradigm Polymer considerable flexibility. For relatively straightforward components required in large quantities, our Swiss Automatics provide exceptional speed, repeatability and efficiency. When a part requires more complex geometries and multiple operations, our CNC Swiss machines give us another set of capabilities.

Together, they allow us to manufacture a broader range of precision plastic components—and solve a broader range of manufacturing challenges for our customers.

Come See What We’ve Been Machining

That’s one of the things we like about Design-2-Part shows: you can actually put the parts in someone’s hands. We’ll have plenty of examples in Greenville, including some of the more complex components our expanded CNC Swiss capabilities now allow us to produce.
