Paradigm Polymer Terms & Conditions
PO Terms and Conditions Rev. OF-004 Date: 3/16/2026

1. The supplier shall maintain a Quality management System.
2. In the event of quality or on-time delivery performance issues, Paradigm Polymer may initiate corrective action.
3. The supplier shall notify Paradigm Polymer
-
of any nonconforming product,
-
to obtain approval for nonconforming product disposition,
-
to notify of changes in product and/or process, changes of suppliers, changes of manufacturing facility location, and where required, obtain Paradigm Polymer approval.
4. The supplier shall flow down to the supply chain the applicable requirements, including customer requirements and Paradigm Polymer's specific requirements.
5. The supplier shall use customer-designated or approved external providers, including process sources (special processes).
6. The supplier shall allow the right of access by Paradigm Polymer, their customer, and regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of all facilities, and any level of the supply chain involved in the order and to all applicable records.
7. Suppliers are responsible for retention and protection of product records, indicating quality acceptance and traceability of product for 10 years and will contact Paradigm Polymer upon disposition of records for direction.
8. Counterfeit Parts Prevention: For all suppliers, unless otherwise instructed by Paradigm Polymer. The Seller agrees and shall ensure that items delivered under this PO are not counterfeit and shall immediately notify Paradigm Polymer with pertinent facts if Seller becomes aware or suspects that it has furnished Counterfeit product to Paradigm Polymer.
9. The supplier shall ensure that persons are aware of: their contribution to product or service conformity, product safety, and the importance of ethical behavior.
