Long synonymous with precision, the Swiss CNCs and Swiss Automatics on our shop floor bring together generations of machining technology. Our equipment produces plastic components with ODs from under 0.010” to 1” across an exceptionally diverse range of materials, sizes, geometries and specifications.

Our advanced Swiss CNC machining capabilities enable us to manufacture highly complex precision plastic parts with the flexibility needed for prototypes, short runs and higher-volume production. These next-generation machines combine exceptional control with sophisticated functionality to produce intricate geometries and demanding features while consistently holding exceptionally tight tolerances.

Capabilities include eccentric turning; polygon machining; milling, helical and inclined interpolation; and single-point, circular and variable-lead threading—extending the range and complexity of plastic components we can manufacture.
Swiss Automatic Machines: Delivering Versatility, Volume, & Precision
With more than 70 years of combined team experience in Swiss Automatic machining, we have an intimate understanding of these proven production machines. They are exceptionally well-suited to repeat manufacturing, from expedited runs through high-volume requirements where consistent quality and tight tolerances are critical. We also accommodate cost-efficient lower-volume production, blanket releases and have no minimum order quantities.

Unlike many plastic parts manufacturers, we make our cutting and drilling tools in-house at our Branford, CT facility. This gives us precise control over tooling and allows us to quickly accommodate dimensional changes without waiting for an outside supplier.
Plastics we Machine
As a precision plastic parts manufacturer, we machine a wide range of common and high-performance engineering plastics, including Delrin (acetal), nylon, Teflon (PTFE), polycarbonate, acrylic, PEEK and ABS. Typical components include bushings, insulators, screws and other precision parts for applications across numerous industries.
Our in-house centerless grinding capabilities also allow us to prepare high-quality plastic bar stock for demanding machining applications
